Three-layer Co-extruder

Suitable for extrusion insulation of fluoroplastic wires such as FEP, FPA, ETFE, and based on a thorough understanding of ultra-fine high-temperature processes, the newly developed three-layer Teflon insulated wire production line has a line speed of 200 M/min. Mass production has already been launched at customer sites, creating greater value for them. Additionally, a control system developed for ultra-fine Teflon electronic wires enables one-click start, greatly reducing personnel requirements for equipment, lowering labor costs, and preventing equipment damage caused by personnel.
