- Servo-electronic pitch control eliminates the need for the complex process of frequently changing pitch gears on traditional imported equipment, resulting in a simpler structure and higher stability.
- The precision-engineered monofilament pay-off structure enables stable unwinding of 0.020mm ultra-fine wires with a tension control accuracy of ± 1g. Its unique wrapping tape ensures smooth and flat. The machine supports the production of ultra-fine coaxial cables ranging from #32 to #46 gauge, achieving a 100% qualification rate and an efficiency 2-3 times higher than that of vertical winding machines.
- It can also be used for high-precision micro wires with different lay directions for the inner and outer layers.
